Pre-marital or pre-engagement sessions are based on an inventory called Prepare-Enrich. Prepare-Enrich is a customized couple assessment completed online that identifies a couple’s strength and growth areas.
Prepare helps couples:
- Explore strength and growth areas
- Strengthen communication skills
- Identify and manage major stressors
- Manage conflict using a Ten Step Model
- Explore family of origin issues
- Establish personal, couple and family goals
- Understand and appreciate personality differences

Costs:
- Prepare Inventory: $35 per couple
- $450 for approximately 8 hours of Pre-marital or Pre-engagement Preparation (Four 2 hour sessions)
- $125 per session if paid in installments.
- Scholarships available. I never want money to be a deterrent to going through the process.
- Qualifies towards required hours in State of MN for marriage license discount.
- Additional Sessions as needed or desired for the reduced fee of $50 per hour
